Do I need a card to start?
No. Free runs without a card for as long as you like. Pro and Teams start with a free trial.
What is the platform fee?
On Free, 5% of each payment taken through Cademy checkout, on top of the payment provider’s own fees. Every paid plan has no platform fee.
What counts as a registration?
A learner enrolled on a course, however they got there. Yearly limits reset on your billing anniversary.
Can I change plan or billing later?
Yes, from your account settings. Changes apply to your next invoice, and nothing you built is lost on the way down.
Which currencies can my customers pay in?
GBP, EUR, USD and more, whichever currency you subscribe in.
Will you help us move from our old system?
Yes. Imports are on every plan, and migration support is on Enterprise. How switching works
Do you offer discounts for charities and education?
Ask us. Many teams on Cademy are charities, NHS trusts and schools, and we would rather have the conversation than publish a rule.
