Course booking systemSell seats on your website. Or on ours.
A course booking system lets people find a date, book a place and pay without you touching it. Cademy’s runs on your own website or a branded booking page, and handles business bookings with purchase orders as well as individuals paying by card.
One snippet puts live dates, prices and checkout on your site. No site yet? Your branded Cademy booking site is ready on day one.

Booking tools take the booking.
Then what?
A booking tool stops at the confirmation email. Cademy takes the booking, runs the course, delivers the learning, issues the certificate and raises the invoice, from the same record.

They do one job. Cademy does the whole week.
Every format, one course
- A course runs in person, live online, on demand or blended
- The booking page knows which, and sells it accordingly
The booking becomes the learning
- A paid place is an enrolled learner
- Attendance and completion issue the certificate
Companies, not just cards
- PO number at checkout, pay by invoice
- The organisation on the booking is the one on the invoice, posted to Xero
And a CRM underneath
- Every booking lands on the learner’s record
- Waitlists, reminders and follow-ups run themselves
Coming from a booking tool?
Their column comes from their own website. Yours moves with you: courses, dates, contacts and orders import from a spreadsheet.
From Bookwhen
- Bookings and a customer database, no LMS
- Bookwhen alternative
From BookingLive
- From £7,500 a year on a two-year contract
- BookingLive alternative
From Eventbrite
- Per-ticket fees on every paid booking
- Eventbrite alternative

Anything else, ask a person.
What is a course booking system?
Software that publishes your course dates, takes bookings and payment, and sends the confirmations and reminders that follow. Cademy adds waitlists, business bookings and invoices.
Can I put it on my own website?
Yes. Cademy embeds work on WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow and any other site, and there is a Cademy plugin for WordPress. You can also use a Cademy-branded booking page.
Can companies book and pay by invoice?
Yes, from Pro. A buyer can book several people, enter a PO number and choose to pay by invoice. The invoice is raised and emailed for them.
Which payment methods are supported?
Card through Stripe, PayPal, Klarna and bank transfer. Cademy does not hold your money: payments go to your own accounts.
Is there a fee per booking?
On the Free plan there is a 5% platform fee on paid bookings. Paid plans have no platform fee. Your payment provider’s own fees always apply.
See it with your own courses.
A thirty-minute call, your courses, dates and learners on screen.
No card needed. Import a spreadsheet and run a course this week.
