Can Cademy issue certificates automatically?
Yes, if you switch it on. A certificate is issued when the learner is marked as attended, or completes an on-demand course, and the learner is emailed. Custom certificate templates are available from Pro.
Does Cademy remind learners before a certificate expires?
Not automatically today. The expiry date is on every record, so you can pull the list of who is due and contact them, or invite them to the next date.
Can a certificate be verified?
Every certificate has its own link that shows the certificate. Revoking it stops the link working. There is no scannable code on the certificate today.
Does it track CPD?
Yes, from Pro. CPD points and hours are awarded automatically when a learner attends or completes the course.
How much does Cademy cost?
There is a free plan with a 5% platform fee on paid bookings. Pro is £99 a month billed yearly, or £119 monthly, with no platform fee. Teams is £499 a month billed yearly, or £599 monthly.
Can I keep my own website?
Yes. Embed the course list, a single course or a form on any site, and there is a Cademy plugin for WordPress on Teams. You can also use a Cademy-branded booking site.
Can I move from the system I use now?
Yes. Contacts import from a spreadsheet on every plan and courses from Pro, and there is a dedicated importer for Arlo.
