LMS for training providersThe learning lives next to the booking.
Cademy’s learning management system delivers on-demand, live online, in-person and blended courses from one place. It shares a record with booking and CRM, so a paid place becomes an enrolled learner and completion becomes a certificate, with nothing re-keyed.
One login for learners to book, learn, take the quiz and collect the certificate. One record for you to see it all.

A corporate LMS teaches.
It does not sell, book or invoice.
Most LMSs were built for a company training its own staff. A training provider also has to sell the course, take the booking, run the classroom day and invoice the client. Cademy was built for that.

- Where Cademy uses AI
Two different jobs. Cademy does both.
People often ask for one when they need the other. Here is the difference.
| Training management system | Learning management system | Cademy | |
|---|---|---|---|
| What it runs | The business of training | The learning itself | Both, on one record |
| Day to day | Dates, bookings, facilitators, venues, registers, invoices | Lessons, video, quizzes, SCORM, progress, certificates | A paid place becomes an enrolled learner. Completion becomes a certificate |
| Who lives in it | Administrators, course owners, facilitators | Learners | Everyone, with their own role |
| Without the other | Learning records sit in a second system | Bookings and invoices sit in a spreadsheet | Nothing typed twice |
Asked before every demo.
Anything else, ask a person.
What makes an LMS right for a training provider?
Training providers sell courses to the public and to employers. They need booking, payment, certificates and client reporting tied to the learning, which most corporate LMSs leave out.
Does Cademy support SCORM?
Yes, SCORM 1.2, on the Teams plan and above.
Can I run blended courses?
Yes. Combine on-demand lessons, live online sessions, in-person days and an assessment in one course, in the order you choose.
Is it a learner management system too?
Yes. Every learner’s bookings, progress and certificates sit on one record, alongside the organisation that paid for them.
Are certificates automatic?
Yes, if you switch it on. A certificate is issued when the learner attends or completes the course, the learner is emailed, and you can give it an expiry date.
See it with your own courses.
A thirty-minute call, your courses, dates and learners on screen.
No card needed. Import a spreadsheet and run a course this week.
