B2C trainingSell to individuals. Fill the class.

Cademy sells public course dates to individuals from your own website: card, PayPal or Klarna at checkout, confirmations and reminders that send themselves, a waitlist that emails the next person when a place opens, and a certificate the moment they complete.

B2C workflows

The whole customer journey, on autopilot.

From the search result to the certificate, without you touching it.

B2C: individuals book a public date

A learner finds a date on your website and pays by card.

  1. They book and pay: Stripe, PayPal or Klarna
  2. Confirmation, reminders a week, a day and an hour before
  3. They attend; the register issues the certificate
  4. Their record keeps the certificate and its expiry date

A date sells out

Twelve places, thirteen people.

  1. The thirteenth joins the waitlist from the course page
  2. When a place opens, the people waiting are emailed in the order they joined
  3. The first to book gets it; the booking, reminders and certificate run as normal
  4. You did nothing

A course sells on demand

No date, no classroom, no waiting.

  1. Lessons, video, downloads, quizzes with a pass mark
  2. Drip feed and lesson deadlines with due-soon emails
  3. Completion issues the certificate and awards CPD
  4. Memberships and collections for people who come back

Questions

Asked before every demo.

Anything else, ask a person.

Which payment methods can individuals use?

Card through Stripe, PayPal, Klarna, and bank transfer from Pro. Payments go to your own accounts; Cademy does not hold your money.

Is there a fee per booking?

On the Free plan there is a 5% platform fee on paid bookings. Paid plans have no platform fee. Your payment provider’s own fees always apply.

How much does Cademy cost?

There is a free plan with a 5% platform fee on paid bookings. Pro is £99 a month billed yearly, or £119 monthly, with no platform fee. Teams is £499 a month billed yearly, or £599 monthly.

Can I keep my own website?

Yes. Embed the course list, a single course or a form on any site, and there is a Cademy plugin for WordPress on Teams. You can also use a Cademy-branded booking site.

Can I move from the system I use now?

Yes. Contacts, courses, dates and bookings import from a spreadsheet on every plan, and there is a dedicated importer for Arlo.

Next step

See it with your own courses.

A thirty-minute call, your courses, dates and learners on screen.

No card needed. Import a spreadsheet and run a course this week.
