Contacts, organizations, registrations and orders come in from the spreadsheets, so each learner's past bookings come across.
Switch the booking links
Put Cademy's course list or calendar embed on your website, or use your Cademy booking site, then connect Stripe, PayPal or Klarna.
Run both while bookings for older dates finish on Bookwhen. A Cademy course stays hidden until you switch it on.

What does Cademy include for the price?
Pro is £99 ($129) a month billed yearly. It includes booking, the LMS, certificates with expiry dates, pay by invoice with PO numbers, the training CRM and scheduling, with no platform fee on bookings. Teams adds Xero, SCORM 1.2 and 5,000 registrations a year.
Can I import my Bookwhen bookings into Cademy?
Yes. Load the CSV exports yourself on any plan to bring in contacts, organizations, courses, dates, registrations and orders. On Teams we help with the migration. On Enterprise the migration is hands-on.
Does Cademy have memberships and class passes like Bookwhen?
Cademy has memberships, vouchers, gift cards, discounts and offers. If class packs are the core of your business, compare the details on a call before you move.
Can companies pay by invoice on Cademy?
Yes, from Pro. The booker adds a purchase order number at checkout and it prints on the invoice. On Teams, it passes to Xero too.
