Where Teachbox fits, and where Cademy does.
Teachbox may suit you better if
- You work with a large pool of presenters. Teachbox never charges for presenters or learners, and says it "helps small training teams deliver a busy schedule with ease."
- You want renewal reminders and a unique verification code on every certificate, both listed on Teachbox's certificate page.
- Client organizations need their own portal, with approval steps on their bookings. That is on Teachbox Advanced.
- Presenter availability should be checked against Google or Microsoft calendars, with clashes flagged as you schedule.
Look at Cademy if
- Five people on your team build courses and process bookings.
- You want online learning on your entry plan, or to start on a free plan with no time limit.
- Customers pay by PayPal or Klarna, or in more than one currency.
- A client company reserves seats for its team and fills in the names later.

Moving your courses, learners and bookings.
Teachbox has import and export tools for contacts, courses and more. On Cademy you load those files yourself, whatever your plan. Our team lends a hand with the migration on Teams, and does the hands-on work for Enterprise accounts.
Export from Teachbox
Download your contacts, courses and other records with Teachbox's export tools.
Import into Cademy
Those files give Cademy your contacts, organizations, courses, dates, registrations and orders, and each contact keeps its link to their company.
Set up online learning
Rebuild lessons and quizzes inside each course, upload SCORM 1.2 packages on Teams, and set certificate templates with expiry dates.
Point bookings to Cademy
Swap your Teachbox booking links for Cademy embeds or your Cademy booking site, and take payments through Stripe, PayPal or Klarna.
Teachbox subscriptions can be canceled from account settings and end on the next billing date, so time the move to that date. Nothing you build on Cademy is public until you publish it.
