Are Cademy’s automations AI?
No. They are settings you switch on. Each does the same thing every time.
Can I change the wording and timing?
Emails use your own templates. Reminders go a week, a day and an hour before the course, and you choose which of them to send.
What about things Cademy does not automate?
Task sets are reusable checklists you apply to a course date, contact or registration in one click. For anything else there is Zapier from Pro, and webhooks and the API on Teams.
