๐Ÿ”— Connect Cademy to HubSpot

Cademy can connect with HubSpot to share customer, booking and training activity. Learn what it does and find the complete setup guide.

๐Ÿ”— Connect Cademy to HubSpot

Cademy can now connect with HubSpot, bringing customer, booking and training activity into the CRM your team already uses.

For organisations using both platforms, the integration keeps useful Cademy information available in HubSpot. This gives sales, customer service and training teams a clearer view of each customer's activity without having to copy information manually.

What's new

A Cademy administrator can connect your HubSpot account and choose which information to share.

The integration covers six areas:

  • Contacts: keep customer details available to teams working in HubSpot.
  • Organisations: connect customers with the organisations they belong to.
  • Orders: show bookings and their progress.
  • Course Dates: show scheduled training alongside other customer activity.
  • Registrations: show whether someone registered, attended or cancelled.
  • Messages: add relevant Cademy messages to the customer's activity in HubSpot.

You can use the areas that suit your organisation and leave the others switched off.

How it works

Once connected, Cademy sends selected information to HubSpot when it is created or changed. For example, a new Contact in Cademy can appear in HubSpot, while an updated Order can show the latest booking information.

The connection works in one direction:

Cademy โ†’ HubSpot

Changes made in HubSpot are not sent back to Cademy.

Contacts and Organisations are enabled when the connection is created. Orders, Course Dates, Registrations and Messages remain off until a Cademy administrator reviews and enables them.

Administrators can also choose how Cademy information fits into the organisation's HubSpot setup and check recent activity if something needs attention. The full HubSpot setup guide explains these settings and the connection process.

Why this matters

Cademy and HubSpot often support different parts of the same customer journey. Connecting them can help your team see customer relationships, bookings and training activity in one place.

For example, someone working in HubSpot could see that a customer placed an Order, booked a Course Date or attended training. This can reduce manual work and help teams work with more consistent information.

Good to know

  • It does not copy your full history when connected. Supported information is sent when it is created or changed after setup.
  • It does not delete information from HubSpot. Removing something from Cademy, switching off an area or disconnecting an account does not remove information already held in HubSpot.
  • Existing HubSpot records may need some preparation. Read the matching guidance before enabling the connection if both systems already contain the same customers, organisations or Orders.
  • It is currently an Enterprise beta feature. Contact Cademy Support if HubSpot is not visible under Apps.
  • Setup needs access to both platforms. A Cademy administrator and someone with suitable HubSpot access will need to complete the connection.

Where to find it
