What Regpack is

Regpack is strongest at the registration form and the payment schedule.

Regpack says it is “Built for programs, camps, courses, and the people who run them,” and that it serves 6,000+ programs. Its feature pages center on forms with “Conditional fields, family flows, group rates,” payments with autopay, installment plans and retries on declined cards, and attendance with check-in and check-out “built around child safety.”

On a professional training course, learners do online lessons and a quiz, then receive a certificate with an expiry date. Companies want an invoice with their PO number. Regpack's course page lists “Professional development programs and certificate training” among the programs it serves, but its feature pages describe registration, payments, attendance and reporting, and say nothing about lessons, quizzes or issuing certificates.

Regpack's strengths

Where Regpack fits better: camps, families and recurring programs.

Stay on Regpack if

  • You run camps, afterschool or youth programs, where "One account can register a whole family or group and pay once."
  • Staff check children in and out each day, which Regpack's attendance tracking is built around.
  • Weekly classes, monthly memberships and seasonal programs bill on a schedule, by card or ACH bank transfer, with retries on failed card payments.
  • Your intake forms are long and show each person only the questions that apply to them.
  • You want a dedicated project consultant, which Regpack lists on its SMB plan.

Move to Cademy if

  • You sell training to adults and companies on set course dates.
  • Learners work through online lessons, quizzes or SCORM modules.
  • You issue certificates that expire, or award CPD points.
  • You want published prices and monthly billing.

Moving from Regpack

Moving your participants and programs from Regpack.

Regpack's reports download as CSV files, and any Cademy plan can import them. Our team helps with the migration on Teams. On Enterprise, we take it on for you.

1

Export from Regpack

Build reports of your registrants, form answers and payments in Regpack's Reports module and download them as CSV.

2

Import into Cademy

Use those CSV files to load contacts, organizations, courses, dates, registrations and orders.

3

Turn programs into courses

Give each course its dates, venue and price, then add lessons, a quiz and a certificate template with an expiry date.

4

Switch the sign-up links

Where your Regpack form used to sit, embed Cademy's course list or calendar, and connect Stripe, PayPal or Klarna.

Regpack lists its SMB and Mid-Market plans as one-year terms, so plan the switch around your renewal date. Courses stay hidden on Cademy until you publish them.
