You can now link private course dates to an Organisation.
This gives each Organisation a clearer place to show the private or in-house course dates linked to them.
This feature works for course occurrences only. It applies to specific course dates, not the main course record.
Whatโs new
๐ Link a private occurrence to an Organisation

When creating or editing a course date, the visibility section is now clearer.
You can choose between:
- Public โ available as a public course date
- Private โ used for private, closed, or in-house course dates
When Private is selected, you can choose an Organisation for that occurrence.
This is useful when a specific course date is being delivered for a company, client, or internal group.
๐ข Private Courses tab on Organisations

Organisation pages now include a Private Courses tab.
This tab shows the private course occurrences linked to that Organisation.
You can use it to see:
- Upcoming private dates for that Organisation
- Past private dates for that Organisation
- The course linked to each occurrence
- Key date details for each session
This gives admins a simple way to review private training linked to one Organisation.
โ Create a private occurrence from an Organisation

From an Organisationโs Private Courses tab, you can create a new course date.
When you do this, the new occurrence is automatically set as Private and linked to that Organisation.
This makes it faster to create an in-house session for a specific Organisation.
๐ Organisation shown on private occurrences

When a private occurrence is linked to an Organisation, that Organisation can be shown in admin date views.
This helps you quickly see which Organisation a private occurrence belongs to when reviewing course dates.
Public occurrences do not show an Organisation.
๐ New Date button on Dates View
The main Courses โ Dates View now includes a New Date button for users with permission to create course dates.
From there, you can choose the course and create a new date without opening the course first.
๐ Organisation merges keep linked occurrences
When Organisations are merged, any private course occurrences linked to the merged Organisation are moved to the surviving Organisation.
This keeps private course history connected to the correct Organisation record.
Why this matters
This update makes private course dates easier to manage from the Organisation page.
It helps your team answer questions like:
- Which private courses are we running for this Organisation?
- What private sessions have we delivered for this Organisation before?
- Which Organisation is this private occurrence for?
- Where should I create the next in-house course date?
This is especially useful if you deliver training for companies, teams, or closed groups.
