By the end of the class, you will learn how to make perfect pakora, chapattis and an authentic home cooked Pakistani curry. You will also learn how to make your own homemade paneer and make the perfect palak paneer!
About this class
Pakistani food is a confluence of the flavours of South Asia. Influenced by its borders, it is a unique cuisine that is distinct. With layers of spice and flavour, you will learn how to create authentic Pakistani dishes, which are delicately spiced and not merely hot. Our class is taught by our founder Sumayya Usmani, an award-winning cook book author and named the ‘go to expert in Pakistani cuisine’ by BBC Good Food.
