Skills covered include: What knives do you need & how to use them, how to use knives safely & efficiently, chopping, slicing, dicing, paring & boning.Includes all ingredients, refreshments, light lunch & recipe sheets. All you have to bring are containers to take home what you've made.Course times: 10:00 am - 2:00 pmThis course can also be adapted for vegetarian or gluten free diets. Choose a date to suit, for up to 4 people per course.
