On this day you first enjoy a full Cookery Demonstration teaching you all about what to look for in the perfect steak regarding provenance, cut and cooking. Nick also takes your though a variety of delicious sides to serve with your steak. Then get in the kitchens yourself to recreate what you have learned. What you make you take or enjoy in the school!
