Reformer L 1: 2 Day Course: September 2nd & 3rd 2023
Anatomy in 3D: 2 Day Course: September 9th & 10th 2023
Reformer L2 : 2 Day Course: September 23rd & 24th 2023
Reformer L3: 2 Day Course: October 7th & 8th 2023

We also run a comprehensive Mentorship programme which covers the complete repertoire of Pilates training (including Chair, Ladder Barrels, Cadillac etc. with ongoing Mentorship guidance from Sarah), which is 4-month programme commencing in October 2021
