Pilates is a great way to get your body moving, with low resistance body weight exercises it is suitable for any fitness level.
Pilates help you build up your core strength, improves posture and breath as well as helping you become more aware of how your body react to movement.

Pilates is a great way to work on your breath, posture, body awareness & core strength no matter your current fitness level. A low intensity exercise that uses your whole body.
For the class you will need a mat or a towel to lay on, a cushion for comfort, one of the following: can of beans, light hand weight or a resistance band. A laptop/tablet to ensure that you can see the class clearly and I can see you clearly. A zoom account to log onto the class may be needed.
If you have never done Pilates before, you may want to do a one to one session with me to ensure that you are aware of the foundations of the core needed to benefit from the exercises. You are more than welcome to message me and we can arrange an online one to one session. Classes are mixed ability.
