This is the ‘Bridging" course which gets you from being a Pilates foundation Matowrk Teacher to becoming a "Fully Comprehensive" Pilates Teacher. The Pilates Foundation only has 2 ‘levels: Matwork and Apparatus. There are no ‘modules’ so this course will allow you to teach all levels of equipment including rehabilitation on a 1-1 basis.
