Do I need any prior qualifications?
No, open to all applicants.
Does this course cover anaphylaxis training?
There is an anaphyaxis module covered in the theory part of the course, however, we also offer an 'Understanding and Managing Anaphyalxis' e-learning course as well.
Will I be qualified to treat clients after the course?
Yes - you will gain a Level 4 nationally recognised qualification, accredited by the Open College Network and CPD Certification Service.
Can I take the course online?
Yes — the Virtual Classroom option includes a FREE Practise@Home Kit (worth £39.95) so you can complete practical training from anywhere.
How long is the course?
There will be 6-8 hours worth of theory to complete online, in your own time, and a day of practical training either via a Zoom session with a tutor or in one of our classroom locations.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes — you can secure your place with a deposit and pay the balance in instalments. The full amount must be paid at least 5 working days before the course date. We also offer Klarna when booking online.
When will I receive my certificate?
Digital certificates are issued within 7–14 working days after the course on your learning platform. Printed copies are available for an additional fee.
