PRP and PRF can be easily harvested from your client's whole blood, however extraction and application techniques are quite different and require different processing methods. These courses, combined, offer an excellent opportunity to offer multi-treatment options to your clients and expand on the range of treatment options available. Combining PRP, PRF, and Mesotherapy allows an aesthetics clinic to offer a powerful,

multi-level approach to skin rejuvenation and hair restoration.

  • PRP provides concentrated growth factors for strong cellular regeneration and collagen production.

  • PRF offers a superior, slower-release matrix of growth factors and fibrin for longer-lasting structural improvement.

  • Mesotherapy delivers custom "cocktails" of vitamins, enzymes, and other agents directly to the target area to nourish skin or hair follicles.

PART 1 - ONLINE - Theory: complete online at home or work and download a certificate of completion

PART 2 - CLASSROOM (Face to Face) or VIRTUAL CLASSROOM - Skills and Practical Development: Attend a classroom or virtual classroom location for practical training.

Virtual classroom includes free PRP training kit worth £79.95

Learning Outcomes

  • Trains up to first therapy treatment

  • Covers all essential theory and skill-set development to meet current guidelines

  • Learn how to efficiently harvest platelets from client's plasma and apply PRP

  • Combine with PRF and/or Mesotherapy treatments for enhanced client outcomes

  • Learn how to use microdermal rollers and microdermal pens on facial areas

  • Legal and regulatory requirements including consent

After the course

  • Practice as an Aesthetic Therapist

  • Salon (employee) or Self-Employed -start your own therapy practice

  • Competently harvest PRP from clients blood and/or combine with other treatment plans (such as PRF)

  • Perform facial treatments - minimally invasive microneedling procedures up to 0.5mm needle depth (Level 4)

  • Employment (Salons) or Self-Employed

  • Add cannulation (IVNT) skills as required

PART 1 - ONLINE - Theory: complete online at home or work and download a certificate

PART 2 - CLASSROOM (Face to Face) or VIRTUAL CLASSROOM - Skills and Practical Development: Attend one day in the classroom or join us for a virtual classroom training session via Zoom (full log-in instructions provided).

Learning Outcomes

  • Trains up to first therapy treatment including client consultation, consent and legal / regulatory requirements.

  • Covers all essential theory and skill-set development to meet current guidelines.

  • Learn how to harvest PRF from your client's blood and apply to the scalp. Combine with Mesotherapy treatments or provide two separate treatment plans.

  • Offer combination therapies - combine PRF with PRP for enhanced treatment outcomes.

  • Learn how to use microdermal rollers and microdermal pens on facial areas. Cover additional application tools including Nanoject Pens and Mesoguns.

  • Leads on to IV Therapies and Injectables courses if required.

After the course

  • Practice as an Aesthetic Therapist / Beautician.

  • Competently harvest Platelet-Rich Fibrin and / or combine with Mesotherapy treatment plans.

  • Salon (employee) or Self-Employed - start your own therapy practice.

  • Perform scalp treatments - minimally invasive microneedling procedures up to 0.5mm needle depth (Level 4)

  • Do I need any prior qualifications?

    No, open to all applicants. Phlebotomy Optional – This course can be completed without phlebotomy training, enabling you to work in partnership with a qualified phlebotomist. For those wishing to perform their own blood draws, we offer optional phlebotomy training.

  • What is PRP?

    Platelet-Rich Plasma is a concentration of a patient's own platelets suspended in a small volume of plasma, which is then injected to stimulate healing. 

  • Will I be qualified to treat clients after this course?

    Yes — you’ll gain a Level 4 nationally recognised qualification, accredited by the Open College Network and CPD Certification Service, meeting HEE standards.

  • Can I take the package online?

    Yes, you can attend a Zoom session with a tutor for the practicals which you will need access to a camera and mircrophone for. A training kit will be provided free of charge for both of the courses as well, worth £79.95 each.

  • How long is the course?

    There will be 6-8 hours worth of theory for both courses to complete online, in your own time. The practicals will be held on 1 day from 9:30-17:30 for both classroom and virtual classroom options. 

  • Is this course suitable for salon or self-employed work?

    Yes — the qualification allows you to work in salons, clinics, or as a self-employed practitioner.

  • Do you offer payment plans?

    Yes — you can secure your place with a deposit and pay the balance in instalments. The full amount must be paid at least 5 working days before the course date. We also offer Klarna when booking online. 

  • When will I receive my certificate?

    Digital certificates are issued within 7–14 working days after the course on your learning platform. Printed copies are available for an additional fee.

  • What is PRF and how is it different from PRP?

    PRF (Platelet-Rich Fibrin) is considered the “second generation” of PRP, with a higher concentration of growth factors for improved skin rejuvenation results.
