Join us, in our cafe space, for an inspiring and interactive cooking session where we'll explore the many health and wellbeing benefits of eating a more plant-based diet. Together, we'll discuss how including a wider variety of plant foods can support overall health, boost energy, and nourish your gut microbiome.
We'll also discover why aiming to eat 30 different plant foods each week is a simple yet powerful way to improve gut health. As a group, we'll make a list of the plants we already eat and see just how achievable this goal can be with a few creative additions to our meals.
Celebrating the flavours of summer, we'll prepare a vibrant Quinoa and Lentil Salad Bowl, packed with colourful seasonal ingredients. You'll have the opportunity to personalise your bowl by choosing from a range of fresh ingredients that suits your own tastes.
To complement the salad, we'll also share a recipe about how to make two versatile homemade dressings:
A fresh Seasonal Pesto
A creamy Tahini Dressing
The recipes are naturally nutritious, full of flavour, and easy to recreate at home.
Please note: The main recipe will be vegetarian.

In the meantime, please do not send emails requesting cancellations, as I am unfortunately unable to process them manually or answer individual emails due to the huge workload. If you cannot attend, simply do not come while the system is being updated.
