Paint with your senses, then taste what you've made.
In this session we combine three simple practices, stillness, creativity, and slow eating into one gentle, playful experience. No artistic skill needed, no "right way" to do it. Just presence, colour, and flavour.
We begin with a short meditation to settle the breath and open the senses, noticing smell, texture, and the quiet before we start.
Then you'll meet your palette: bowls of edible creams and purées in different colours, each one tasted before it's used, so colour and flavour are already connected before a single brushstroke happens.
You'll paint freely on your canvas, in silence or with soft music, letting the image emerge without judging it.
Before eating, we pause, a short moment of simply looking at what you've made.
Then, slowly, you eat your artwork, guided through each bite with attention to texture, temperature, and taste. We close with a short shared reflection, if people want to share what came up.
