A relaxed, hands-on cooking workshop celebrating Scotland's late summer harvest. Together, we'll prepare a selection of simple, seasonal recipes using fresh local produce while exploring the benefits of cooking and eating with the seasons.
Along the way, participants will discover what is harvested in Scotland at the end of summer, why seasonal ingredients are often fresher, more affordable and more sustainable, and how they can be transformed into delicious everyday meals. Through shared cooking, conversation and cultural exchange, the workshop offers a welcoming opportunity to build confidence in the kitchen, connect with others and celebrate the abundance of Scotland's late summer harvest.
The lesson is suitable for all levels of experience.
Recipes in the class include allergens. Please add a note in your booking if you have any dietary requirement and/or allergy.
