Sewing Machine Demonstration

If you would like to have a talk through with Tim about machines and compare features on our reliable JUKI or BRITANNIA models, it's best to book a dedicated time slot. These are usually about 45 mins long and at our separate workshop which is just down the road from our fabric store. We'll likely ask if you are interested in a particular model so that we can have a demo model prepared for you. This applies to new and refurbished machines and is subject to the model being in stock at the time. Please be aware that certain JUKI models 'trend' quite often and become scarce but as a regional dealer we are usually able to fulfill requirements. Tim has nearly 50 years of sewing experience and will give good honest advice. A demonstration will give you an idea of the features and to some extent, the capabilities of a machine but with certain models -eg. overlockers and coverstitchers it will not be possible to sample all stitch variations.

You can book a slot via our web page. If you are booked-in we ask that you arrive on time. Please don't arrive too early (unless you want to browse in the fabric shop for a while!) as we may be preparing for you after another appointment. If you could inform us if you are not able to make your appointment as soon as possible that would be helpful. Slots are kept for 10 minutes after booking time but your allocated time may be reduced to the original end time.
