Age 16+
The adult class is suitable to all ages over 16, all fitness levels and all/no martial arts experience.
The students learn at their own pace, attending 1 - 5 classes per week and training at their own speed.
A typical class will consist of forms, a light warmup and then the main body of the class, before a warm down set. Classes are focused on the syllabus but also around the students’ levels, having different grades practicing different applications, depending on their ability.
We also do theme weeks, where we work on a particular topic such as weapon defence, groundfighting or sparring.
