Bookbinding Tuition

Restore a piece of your family history or give your favourite book a handsome new leather binding.

I teach individuals and small groups. I love working with people on their projects and offer tuition every week. Sessions usually last for a 4 or 8 hour period. You're welcome to book in any day except Saturdays please.

We make diaries, artist sketch books and restore old well loved books giving them a new lease of life. Please take a look at my website for a full portfolio of my restoration work.

I have been working as a conservation bookbinder for 10 years. I trained at Dartington College and studied an MLitt in Museum and Gallery studies at The University Of St Andrews. I have a PGCE and have taught bookbinding at schools, museums, art colleges and festivals.
