Join us for a transformative journey into the world of journaling for wellbeing!
Discover the profound, scientifically-proven benefits that journaling offers for mental health and overall wellbeing.
Led by Nina Vangerow, an artist and holistic coach with a diploma in journal therapy, this workshop will introduce you to various forms of journaling, from simple writing to expressive art journaling.
Through guided freewriting and prompts, you'll delve into the power of journaling first-hand, gaining insights and tools to enhance your emotional and mental wellness.
No previous journaling or writing experience is needed - this is all about writing for yourself, focusing on the process rather than content, spelling, or grammar.
Your writing remains private unless you choose to share. There is absolutely no obligation to read what you have written, however often this connection with others can further enhance our well-being.
You can bring a notebook if you like, but I'll have pens and paper available for you.
I am also going to show you, how you can very quickly create a simple journal from ordinary printer paper and a magazine cover or some card stock.
