Immerse yourself in the uplifting power of sound, rhythm, and vocal expression as we explore the transformative art of voice bathing, vocal improvisation, and harmony singing. Learn simple breathing and vocal techniques to reduce stress and anxiety in the body, boost the immune system, and build connections for general wellbeing. Whether you're a seasoned vocalist or new to the world of singing, our inclusive and supportive environment welcomes all voices. We play with sound, rhythm, and improvisation, learn close vocal harmony arrangements of different genres, and have loads of fun! Come and enjoy the incredible benefits singing in a group has on mental and physical health, and be part of this wonderful growing community. Everyone is welcome!
Everyone is learning and singing together as a supportive group, and you don't have to do anything you're not comfortable with, so if you'd rather just listen instead of take part as any point, you are most welcome to do that.

Yes you can indeed book one session as a one off workshop, and you can come back any time. Coming to the weekly sessions will mean you will train your voice, your breathing, your posture, your ear, your confidence, and you'll be building connections and forming bonds with like minded people, so the more often you can come, the better you will feel, but if dropping in from time to time works better for you, you are most welcome to do that.
The Church Hall is around the back of the church, so when you arrive, walk around the back of the church to the back entrance up the ramp, and the hall is straight ahead of you as you walk through the door.
