Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced
Typical training include:
Various Qigong (Wai Dan Standing Meditation, Small Circulation, etc.)
Practice the exercises from Tai Chi sequence
1st part Tai Chi sequence (learning, practice, corrections)
Basic Pushing Hands and Centering.
Dress code: t-shirt, long sport trousers and shoes on soft sole, maybe trainers5
