unfortunately due to circumstances beyond my control i was 45 mins late for a course that was to last for 8hrs surprisingly I wasn't allowed in citing that important part has been missed.This is very unfair and inhumane considering the fact that very important schedules were cancelled,long distance covered and money spent to attend the course.The claimed to have been missed could have sorted in different ways.It isn't rocket science.I really felt dissappointed.

Hello Lawrence We are disappointed to receive a 1-star review following your late arrival. No contact was made to advise us, and had it been, we may have been able to assist. The RCUK ILS is a regulated course requiring full attendance, and arriving 45 minutes late meant essential elements were missed. Alternative dates were offered and accepted, and our team will be in touch. We pride ourselves on our consistent 5-star feedback and high candidate satisfaction.

The guys were brilliant. I now feel more confident that if an accident were to happen at work, that i would be able to take the appropriate action for my employees. A must for small buinsess owners who care for their staff. Thank you!
