When women come together magic happens. And when women come together with no agenda - simply to support each other - even moreso.

Sometimes the greatest gift we can give another, is the gift of listening. For when we feel heard, we experience a sense of self in a whole new way.

As crucial as it is to develop a strong sense of self independent of external validation, we were not designed to walk this path alone. We all have incredible gifts and talents that are crying out to be shared with the world. When we are heard and seen, exactly as we are, in our raw, natural, beautiful state, we can find that we experience an unexpected sense of confidence. Of wellbeing. Of growth. That wasn't present before.

A natural byproduct arising from the honour and respect that we are bestowing upon ourselves, by allowing ourselves to be seen for who we are. No holds barred.

This is an opportunity to come together in community. To be heard and seen with:

A space to simply be.

To share anything that is arising that you wish to share.

A safe sacred container in which you can express your deepest fears and your deepest delights.

Anything at all.

And you don't have to share anything at all if you don't want to. There really are NO rules.

Whether you are a seasoned sitter in circles or this is your first one, all are welcome here. If you are feeling a stir within you, a curiosity, or even a gentle pull, I invite you to come along. Taking that first initial step is nearly always the hardest one of all, and as we know from personal experience, after that there is no looking back!

I am here for you. As are your fellow sisters. Welcome Dear One, come join the throng.

There is an unspoken consent that by taking part in any session, you will honour all others, and treat them with deep loving respect, compassion, and kindness. Treating them as you too will be treated by your fellow sisters. There is also an unspoken agreement that no thing that occurs within the safety of this sacred container will be shared outside of it.
