The background for these session is Elemental Qigong, health based Qigong, namely Huagong, wuxigong and somatic meditation.

My Experience:

I qualified as a Qigong teacher in 2018. I have been practicing since 2011 with various teachers, mainly in the Huagong lineage and with master Zhixing. Since 2023 I have been learning Wuxigong under master Shenjin and training to teach.

I’m an ordained Buddhist, having meditation as part of my life since 1995 and becoming ordained in 2009. A Solution Focused Hypnotherapist since 1998.
