My name is Stephanie Padmadrishti Betschart, I teach QiGong because I believe we all have an innate ability to health and resilience. I qualified as a teacher in 2018. I’m an ordained Buddhist, having meditation as part of my life since 1995 and a Solution Focused Hypnotherapist since 1998.
