Course Overview:

Combining two nationally recognised Highfield qualifications, the course provides learners with the knowledge, practical skills and confidence to deliver both conflict management and physical intervention training in line with current industry standards and Security Industry Authority (SIA) requirements.

Designed for qualified trainers looking to specialise in the private security industry, the programme focuses on the effective delivery of scenario-based conflict management training and the safe, lawful and professional instruction of physical intervention techniques.

Throughout the course, learners will develop an understanding of conflict prevention and resolution, effective communication, behavioural responses to conflict, dynamic risk reduction, and post-incident procedures.
