About Changing Minds Training
We are a national training provider specialising in mental health, wellbeing, and inclusion. Based in Redhill and working nationwide, we deliver face-to-face and online training to organisations and individuals across all sectors.
Our mission? To make mental health and inclusion everyday workplace conversations through industry-leading training that creates truly inclusive environments where everyone can thrive.
Why training makes all the difference: Most mental health initiatives like Employee Assistance Programmes and talking therapies are reactive, stepping in only when someone's already struggling. We take a different approach. Our training is proactive, giving your whole team the knowledge and confidence to support wellbeing, spot early warning signs, and build inclusive environments before issues escalate.
The result? Fewer absences, lower staff turnover, reduced costs, and workplaces where people genuinely feel supported and valued.
Our approach: With lived experience and healthcare expertise, we understand mental health from both personal and professional perspectives. We partner with organisations to reduce costs associated with poor mental health, tackle stigma, and create cultures where wellbeing is everyone's responsibility - not just HR's problem or a tick-box exercise.
