    I recently completed Suicide First Aid training delivered by Olivia-Louise Hamilton and Changing Minds Training. Olivia was excellent – knowledgeable, approachable and compassionate throughout the course. She created a safe and supportive environment that made it easy to engage with such an important and sensitive topic, while explaining the skills and information in a clear and practical way. I found the training incredibly valuable and would highly recommend it.
