Join Our Weekly Community Yoga Practice🧘
Wednesdays 6–7 PM Edinburgh Art and Spirituality CIC
Step into a space of healing justice, and community care through weekly yoga sessions.
You can expect a mostly slow-flow practice inspired by the Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and Hatha traditions of Yoga. Sometimes we are taking a more restorative and yin yoga approach, depending on the need and energy in the room.
This is more than just movement: each class includes breathwork, mindfulness meditation, and practice of deep connection with self, spirit, and collective energy.
Rooted in the liberatory essence of yoga, this practice invites you to engage beyond the mat.
Together, we explore yogic philosophy, ethics, and lifestyle — honouring the sacred South Asian indigenous lineages that shaped yoga as a path of resistance, healing, and spiritual transformation.
🌿 This is a queer-led, inclusive, and non-judgmental space.
🌈 All bodies, identities, and experience levels are welcome.
This practice involves moving between standing, seated and lying down positions on the floor. If that’s not accessible or comfortable for you, we have chairs and other props in the studio to help you participate in a way that feels good for your body.
What We Offer:
