Heart of Living Yoga classes are a deeply spiritual practice, guiding you into the spiritual Heart chakra within yourself. As you explore and experience this Heart practice it enables us to connect with our natural inner peace and a sense of connection of Oneness to all that is.
Heart of Living Yoga classes include an introduction to: ~ Mantra chants; Asana Yoga postures; Heart Meditation; Pranayama Breathwork; Mudras and deep Yoga Nidra ~ bringing us into awareness of our subtle energy body alignment and flow.
Harshani's classes are open to all levels and new-comers are most welcome.
This class is especially suitable for beginners, newcomers and those wishing for a gentle spiritual practice to begin exploring.
To find out more about our Yoga tradition please visit https://www.heartoflivingyoga.com/
You will need to bring your own Yoga Mat, cushion/block & blankets for practice.
* Class bookings are non-refundable or transferrable ~ if you are unable to make it, please kindly gift your place onto a friend to enjoy and let Harshani know, thank you.
Yoga is unsuitable during the first trimester of Pregnancy. I would recommend after that period that you join a specialised Pregnancy Yoga class, to gain the most benefit within a group setting.
It is good practice to have your own personal Yoga equipment and to bring it with you to every class. This is for hygiene benefits, but mainly because your mat becomes your sacred space, being immersed in your Yoga practices both within the classes and at home for personal practice. The moment you land on your mat, you connect even deeper with your practice, you step into your zone.
You will need to please bring :~
Yoga Mat
2 Blankets/throws
Yoga Bolster or Pillow
Small Cushion for seated Meditation (chairs also available)
Eye Pillow (if preferred for Nidra relaxations)
Bottle of Water
Warm Heart and Big Smile for One and All
* Beginners note ~ if you would like to borrow a Yoga mat for your first few classes, spares are available ~ please let Harshani Ma know, so there are enough.
* If you would like any guidance on where to invest in your own Yoga equipment do please contact Harshani Ma for guidance on quality etc.
Om Shanti Shanti Shanti
