About Yoga with Loreta
I've immersed myself in the practice of yoga for over two decades. I love helping others reconnect with themselves through a mixture of yogic breathing (Pranayama), meditation, and yoga poses (asana). Although focusing in mindfulness and Pranayama, I also teach flowing yoga (Vinyasa) for whole body workout. I adapt sessions to suit your needs, giving you a friendly, relaxing space to quieten your mind, connect inwards, restore your energy flow, and improve flexibility, mobility and balance.
Additionally, I organise and host wellness-yoga retreats that blend my passions for healthy sustainable living, yoga, and travel. This unique combination allows me to offer an exceptional experience to those who share similar passions and are on a transformative journey to discover their true selves.
