I can not express how totally welcome myself and my boys were made when we first joined Mark Lloyd’s Choi Kwang Do martial arts in Winchester. It was like a second family and an incredible experience over the last 7 years for us all to get our black belts. Memories for a lifetime, not to mention some important “kick ass” skills should they ever be needed. My deepest gratitude to Mark and his son Dan for their expert guidance, knowledge and friendship.

A great place to train and learn a very unique martial art, with a real family atmosphere. Great for fitness, learning and setting personal goals. Everyone is genuinely welcome and made to feel part of the family.

Friendly and welcoming class, suitable for anyone of any age or physical ability. Calm and fun atmosphere, with really well structured, progressive learning.

My kids both really enjoy learning Choi Kwang Do with this club, and benefit greatly from the confidence, discipline and fitness that comes with learning it. Mark and his instructors are fantastic with them, patiently teaching techniques and making the classes a lot of fun.
