LJ is a really fantastic trainer, after each class I feel like I have had a really great work out and very motivated to keep my fitness up. Not only does LJ challenge my body but she has also educated me a lot. She is incredibly knowledgeable and has taught me how to really isolate the working muscles to maximise results. I have been training with LJ for one year now and she is fantastic! Every session is different and she really takes in account, which exercises you like and does not make you do things you absolutely hate.
