I've visited Travis a few times with back/shoulder pain. The massage is always amazing and helps so much. Travis is super knowledgeable and is always full of information to avoid reoccurring issues. I was worried about going the first time as I'm not sporty and my issues aren't sport related but I instantly felt comfortable and now recommend everyone! I look forward to going again!

Travis is an excellent personal trainer that has plenty of years experience and knowledge on how to get the best out of people. He is great at adapting sessions for anyone that has an existing or recurring injury. He will also encourage and motivate you to hit your goals. Highly recommend!!

Travis has been my PT for nearly three years. He is professional, knowledgeable and above all, goes out of his way to help his clients. He has adapted exercises for me, to accommodate an ongoing shoulder injury and more recently, an ankle injury. This has meant that I could still train in a safe and appropriate way so as not to exacerbate these injuries (which is crucial for me as exercise helps combat my anxiety!) I've had a few personal trainers, but Travis has been by far my favourite. He's always on hand to help and he's great at giving encouragement when you're doing well, and makes you aware of things you can improve on. He's a lovely guy too. 100% recommend him!
