I highly recommend THRIVE. Josh is the first personal trainer I've really enjoyed working with. He's focused, thoughtful, and carefully tailors our sessions depending on my needs and goals (a rare occurrence among personal trainers). Josh has a calm and methodical approach to training routines and teaching good form. A great investment in my own health, with sessions providing continuous improvement in fitness. My first 16 sessions have flown by!

I only started training with THRIVE and Josh about 2/3 months ago but I’ve had the best experience I could hope as someone who’s never gone to the gym or had a PT. Not only do I feel happier and have more energy but I also feel so much more confident in myself and how I look. Also, not only does he do training in-person, but there’s also online training which is going to be helpful for me when I’m on holiday later this year but still want to train!
