The Run 30 programme from TMR helps more women get out there for some much needed time and headspace!
This programme will take you from running zero minutes to running 30 minutes (at your own pace) over a period of 10 weeks. You will be supported session by session, every step of the way by your coach, the amazing Hannah, so there is really nothing to worry about. Get more active at YOUR pace and make some friends along the way!
Plus once you've completed Run 30, you will then be able to join our TMR group runs too!
The Run 30 course takes place each week on Tuesday evenings starting at 19:30 for one hour and runs for a total of 10 weeks. The course starts on the 10th of January 2023 and the final session takes place on the 14th of March 2023.
Not at all, all women are welcome on our Run 30 courses.
Yes, absolutely! The Run 30 programme is designed specifically with you in mind - as well as for women who haven't done any exercise for a while (life! work! kids!). It's based on walk/run intervals, with the programme gradually increasing the amount of time you spend running across the sessions so that no one session should feel like a shock!
If you have run before, then this programme is gentle and low intensity enough to follow during pregnancy. If you are brand new to running, please contact us on info@thismumruns.co.uk to discuss your booking with us in more detail. As with all exercise in pregnancy, be sure to follow the advice of your midwife or GP.
