The Potter Man Studio

Visited for the first time yesterday for the 3 hour session. We had great fun and learnt a lot! It was a very relaxing atmosphere, with free tea and coffee. Lee taught us the basics and was on hand to answer any questions. We'll definitely be back!

We had a private Pottery session on Saturday 1 October 2022, a birthday gift from my 2 grown up daughters, who also attended. It was lovely to spend some creative time with them and I would recommend this as a great gift for all ages. Lee was very patient and we managed to create some unique pieces! The three hours just disappeared. I think we could have stayed all day, as the wheel was especially challenging (in a good way). Thank you Lee, it was a real creative experience.

A fabulous introductory session this morning. Lee is very patient and a great tutor. Our group loved the experience and we all produced two types of pot using different techniques. Very much looking forward to our glazing workshop in a couple of weeks time. Will definitely go back in the future to learn more.

Great value experience with Lee who is very knowledgable and incredibly patient. We had a completely novice group of 5 and Lee was brilliant at guiding us and imparting his knowledge, would highly recommend for those interested in pottery.

I bought a voucher for my partner's birthday for a private 3 hour pottery session and we had the best time! Lee is very friendly and knowledgeable, and helped us so much to go from complete novices, to slightly less novices! We learnt the coiling technique to make interestingly-shaped dishes; it was really relaxing and therapeutic! Next, we had a go at throwing.
