The Megacentre Rayleigh

As other reviews stated its difficult in the tots under 5 area with older children left unmonitored being boisterous and literally pushing tots over by their necks... (Parents nowhere to be seen as to busy on a social nattering). Older kids going in and out leaving gate open for tots to escape and they did escape, (parents were busy nattering under slides in dark sensory area behind curtain, unable to see their child). The older kids even turned a foam 1.5m long stair case upside down to use ...

Poor Customer service. I rang on the Monday to ask about the laser tag and promotional deal. I asked if I needed to book? The woman on the phone said "you can just turn up on the day", so with that information I turned up on the Tuesday and then the woman at front desk said there isn't any availability as its all been "booked" Now if I knew I could of booked I would of when I rang on the Monday. Waste of my time of an hours round trip, petrol and disappointment to my kids. Not helpful at all...

Daughter had a great birthday party, more time could have been spent in the lasertag but very good service.

Today a friend and i took our 6 year old boys to play laser tag and soft play (my son has ADHD) unfortunatly they were a bit frightened during lazer tag with the older children and I can't explain how accommodating the staff were going above and beyond to make sure our children got a chance to experience everything at there own pace I'm extremely grateful for everything the staff has done 100% recommend this place to anyone with small children or additional needs xx

The Lazer tag experience is lovely, but the arena you get put in... It's not the best, the theme is nice but there is no a/c, it's reasonably cramped and you get really hot. they should get water refill stations. I highly suggest bringing refrigerated water bottles.
