  • Tyler is a wonderful trainer. He brings a great vibe, enthusiasm and his experience to every session. Tyler breaks down the basics so you start off with getting those good habits in place, and build up your strength. I've learnt a lot about my body since working with Tyler and love the sessions, it's a joy to train with him.

  • Tyler really helped me build back my strength after giving birth. The improvement in my capacity to lift and comfortably carry my baby (and kettlebells!) was remarkable, and I saw that capacity build week by week. Tyler will make sure he understands your goals, and will carefully plan how to get you there. If you're looking for a personal trainer, this is the guy.
