  • Lynsey's classes were amazing - a warm, supportive atmosphere for me and my baby, and also a great workout! Lynsey has an in-depth understanding of postpartum issues, but also of the aches and pains that come from day-to-day life with a baby (surprisingly hard on the back, shoulders and wrists!). I always felt energised and like I'd done some proper exercise after each class, and often went with the other mums for coffee in the park afterward, so it was great for my social life too.   • I can't recommend Lynsey and the Strong Mamas classes highly enough! I started Strong Mamas at 8 weeks postnatal and continued through my year of maternity leave. The class is brilliant for getting you moving and exercising again. The babies love the music and watching all the movement. There's space for them to move around too.   • I can’t recommend Lynsey and her Strong Mamas classes enough! I started attending her classes around two months pp and continued until the end of my mat leave. She tailors exercises to suit everyone’s ability and stage of recovery and gives plenty of variations. I always leave the class feeling confident, energised and with a full sweat! She’s also great at keeping the babies entertained so the mums can complete their workouts! By far my favourite class to attend with my baby.
