What can I say!?! Raf is an absolute legend! He’s so knowledgable which is just incredible. I’ve learnt so much from Raf in just 2 weeks I really feel like it will change my life. I approached Raf for help and guidance in how to build strength and develop the right techniques when doing so. This man is a wealth of knowledge(!!) and starts with the fundamentals, making sure that you're doing everything the right way before starting with an exercise. Everything is individualised and he really takes the time to understand exactly what you need and what will work. A fantastic and passionate PT that I would highly recommend!
