  • I joined this gym 8 weeks ago as part of the beginners and was nervous about beginning but from the second you join the coaches, Harry and Conor and the other members make you feel extremely welcome. Great facillities and easy parking as well, and very good hygiene and cleaning. For anyone looking a new sport which is gonna challenge them to no end this is it and the beginners course is a brilliant introduction to the sport. The perfect gym for any new comers to the sport!!!

  • Really enjoyable atmosphere at the beginners class. Harry & Shane both great. Very knowledgable instructors and teach at a good pace for picking it up. Definitely recommend.

  • Joined up in January for a beginners course with a mate for something to do, get out of the house, clear the head etc. Never had a huge interest in martial arts / mma to be honest. I've loved my first two months and couldn't recommend it enough for anyone looking to take up a new sport or looking to be more active in their week. Super friendly team, Harry and Shane took our beginner class and they have been superb. Everybody in the gym is sound and welcoming. Top bunch of people and a great gym.

  • Words come up short when describing your first time here. You are welcomed like an old friend. Conor and Harry are fantastic instructors. There is a friendly and fun atmosphere but met with experienced tuition. I took part in the beginners intro and the course has provided me with a strong foundation to build from. It's a course everyone should take to boost not only your physical health but mental well being.
