  • It's the first gym I'm part of that I really look forward to going to. They take you as you are and work with you to become a fitter, healthier, stronger you at a realistic pace. The combination of Chris and Braulio is perfect. There's no judgement, no competitive edge that makes you feel terrible.. it's all brilliant said a lady of a certain age. :) :)

  • I’ve been training with Chris & Braulio for almost a year. Prior to this I had no gym experience and due to injuries had not exercised in over a year. Under their guidance, I very quickly regained my strength and vitality, becoming leaner and losing inches. It feels amazing!   • I came here with an accessory ligament flare up which meant I couldn’t run for a year. Chris and Braulio are acutely aware of injuries and through strength building exercises and stretching, I am now back to running which is amazing. They are extremely kind and the studio is a welcoming environment for anyone.
